Our August Coffee of the Month is a customer favorite, El Salvador. This coffee comes from the Cerro De Las Ranas farm and is wonderfully complex for a single-origin coffee. It has a medium body and cups a bit darker than a typical medium roast. 

The spicy notes of nutmeg are right at the front of the cup and are present throughout. In the middle, there is a slight pop of orange zest acidity, which fades into the finish. The finish is long and sweet with notes of milk chocolate and a very light honey sweetness.
