Our featured coffee for October is lively washed coffee from the Limu region of Ethiopia. This unique coffee has a herbal profile, differing from the normal fruit-forward flavors typical in Ethiopian coffees. The first half of the cup is highlighted by bergamot notes of Earl Grey tea. In the middle, dry sage notes appear and combine with the spicy sweetness of cinnamon orange. The finish is dry and lingering with strong sage notes and a touch of sweetness.
