DECAF ORGANIC FAIR TRADE
This water-processed decaf is bold and rich with very little acidity. Sweet notes of chocolate cookie pop at the beginning of the cup. Roasty hazelnut notes hit your palate in the middle of the cup and the finish is chocolatey sweet with a dark chocolate aftertaste. This decaf is bold and has a great flavor that rivals coffees with full caffeine.

Story: Royal Select Water Decaf coffee is sourced from lots selected based on cupping evaluations. The green coffee is soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor.
I was looking for a source for decaf beans and found McLaughlin. I think I've tried all of them so far, and this one is one of my favorites.
when we got our espresso machine in 2020, i tried a bunch of coffees out. this was the best by far! dark and delicious. i like a more chocolatey profile, less acidic and this is perfect for me. I also love it as a french press!
Very complex and full-bodied. A fantastic decaf.
