Our featured coffee of the month for April is an old favorite from last year, produced by the Dukunde Kawa cooperative in northern Rwanda. This coffee is balanced and creamy with very little acidity and a medium body. The cup starts with quick pop of honey graham cracker. Our featured coffee for March is a washed coffee from the Parahyangan mill in West Java, Indonesia. This balanced coffee is rich and full, with a medium-heavy body and a lovely chocolate bitterness. Notes of chocolate malt start right at the beginning of the cup and are present throughout. In the middle, subtle green notes of plantain add a touch of acidity and complexity to the cup. Our featured coffee for February is a juicy and wild washed coffee from the Caranaví province in Bolivia. This coffee is complex with medium body, mild acidity in the front end of the cup, and mild bitterness in the finish. The cup starts with a juicy mouthfeel and the tangy sweetness of ruby red grapefruit juice and grapefruit soda.
